The only name to use a normal apostrophe in this way is Scott Dell'Osso.

The following 4 names use curly quotes (“) instead of normal quotes ("):

• Afshin “Affe” Piran

• Jeff “Dextor” Blazier

• Michael “Mikaus“ Whiteley

• David “Lion” Kimbro (Insight Global, Inc)

Notice the third name there actually uses two left-facing quotes instead of one left and one right.

The only name to use normal quotes in this way is Anton "Mr" Wu.
