starting from yesterday I'm in single player I have chat open(so I can leave things AFK) and after a while I tab back in then it would 1:my screen goes black and game crashes or 2:my screen goes black and completely restarts my p

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

im testing it now in vanilla 1.16.5 no optifine or mods (update) still does the exact same thing in vanilla and with a error code (-1073740791)
