In the Oceans there is kelp and sea grass in obsidian, it should be like this?

DogEatingSpaghetti wdym official source? Sea grass and Kelp can spawn on most blocks if not all blocks that can generate underwater with the exception of magma. See Minecraft wiki for more information about them.

Sea grass can grow on all blocks on the sea floor. Not sure why obsidian should be exempt from this.
