You have to smelt the cactus to obtain green dye.
This bug only effects adult goats. Baby goats will be lured with the wheat.

DogEatingSpaghetti wdym official source? Sea grass and Kelp can spawn on most blocks if not all blocks that can generate underwater with the exception of magma. See Minecraft wiki for more information about them.

Can confirm this does happen, can only be done in survival, you need to release the bow shot and switch to another slot at the same time which does not shoot the arrow, instead the items disappear making ghost items. To fix: simply update the arrows in your inventory or the slot they were in when you shot the bow.
This is probably intentional, as you may know there are game play differences between the two, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is an actual feature.

Wow, didn't see this, but yeah, ampolive is correct. That was the point I was trying to make. Usually when the Axolotl gets to low enough health it will: stop movement; play dead; regen; continue fighting. However if you watch the video, the Axolotl continues to attack without regening its health.
