[MC-229982] Tunneler's Dream Preset is bugged

The entire world will be a mountain biome since its above the y coordinate needed for mountain biomes to spawn.

That's not how biomes work. It's based on a separate string which you can modify in the superflat customization.

Invalid Optifine in use.

As @unknown pointed out, the biome is controlled by another part of the preset code.
