Moss blocks cannot spread to infested stone or infested deepslate

This would make sense, but I think this would be a feature request.

I disagree. Why would this be a feature request? It is inconsistent with the behavior of other stone blocks. If this is a feature request, then so are MC-167357 and MC-189974.

Like MC-215847, this makes the infested stone stand out and you immediately know that its infested. However, it does raise the question, what happens to the silverfish?

Yes, if they changed it so that moss can spread to infested blocks, then the silverfish would get deleted

Then the silverfish would spawn as soon as the block is broken/replaced by moss. But that would be a feature request.
