[MC-231158] Please fix this bug! It's really cursed.....

Apparently, you can enchant a spyglass with Any enchantment. Yes, you name it, ANY enchantment in the game. It's hilarious not gonna lie. So if any Minecraft developers come across this, please fix this. And I put a screenshot for proof.

You are supposed to be able to enchant all items in Creative Mode.
