Axolotls never stop swimming in more than one block of water

Can this still be reproduced in 21w37a?

I can still reproduce this in 21w37a. As long as the axolotl is in a water pool larger than 1 block, it will not stop swimming.

Still in 1.18 pre-1. Axolotls simply do not stop to rest and continuously swim forever. Here's a video of what it looked like in what I assume was its most "pristine" state of this behavior;
In 21w19a, the axolotls did not freeze in place, nor did they move indefinitely. MC-225845 had yet to be an issue either, so their idle animation was also intact, mostly. Sometimes Axolotls will still stay in place using their swimming animation.

I can still reproduce this in 1.18-pre3.
