My game crashed just over a week ago when I tried to open my world to LAN. Since then, whenever I select my own skin, or even Alex, I get the notification "Successfully updated your skin!" and it displays my current skin as selected. However, when I join a world, I am always Steve. I'm also unable to open to LAN - it comes up with in-game text "Unable to host local game" every time. I am connected to internet, so I don't understand why it isn't working.
