Dragon egg can teleport to outside the world border

Can confirm.

I am able to confirm this behavior in 21w38a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.

The Bug:

Dragon eggs are able to teleport outside of the world border.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Set the center of the world border to your current position and to 10 blocks wide.

/worldborder center ~ ~
/worldborder set 10

• Obtain a dragon egg and place it down.

/give @s minecraft:dragon_egg

• Interact with the dragon egg (right-click on it), until it teleports outside of the world border.

• → ❌  Notice how dragon eggs are able to teleport outside of the world border.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that dragon eggs are not able to teleport outside of the world border.
