my minecraft account wont load skins or servers

Please provide more details regarding this issue. Reports similar to these often get marked as incomplete due to the lack of information provided. Are there any particular error messages that you receive upon attempting to connect to servers? Do all skins appear as steve or alex? Additionally, attaching some screenshots and/or videos demonstrating the problem would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks

all the skins i put on it comes up as  as Alex while playing the game and when logging onto servers it comes up as failed to connect to server

The issue with all skins appearing as Alex is MC-101579. Please see the moderator note on this ticket. May I also ask what the exact error message is that you receive upon attempting to join servers?

failed to log in the authentication are currently not reachable please try again but it keeps repeting this

may i ask is there any way to reset my full acount like i just bought it i have spent nothing on server
