I reported this already but it was a double report so here I am again. When you splash a saddled pig or saddled strider with invisibility, the saddle does not become invisible. I believe this has been around for a very long time.

Works as intended; only mobs are supposed to be invisible, as per MC-13738 being considered a bug.
