Payment items in beacon UI do not show information when highlighted

Found while testing MC-235757.

Unlike items in the inventory, moving the mouse over one of the five item icons in the beacon will cause absolutely no info on those items to be displayed. Contrast this with villager trades, in which items that can be traded can in fact be highlighted, giving all the information highlighting an item would, as well as recipe books, where info on items is also shown.
