[MC-235780] Wrong text displayed in Beacon's GUI

The characters displayed in the Beacon GUI are incorrect.
Both the place to display "Done" and the place to display "Cancel" are incorrectly displayed as "Beacon".
This sentence is completely meaningless, so I think it is wrong.
This problem seems to occur from 21w20a.

@unknown, if you don't mind, could you please explain how you were able to reproduce this issue (MC-235780) in 1.19.3 and 23w06a? I'm asking because in versions ≥ 22w45a, this issue cannot be reproduced because of MC-260822.
