[MC-236623] Twisting vines create lighting glitches when bone mealed

Bone mealing twisting vines causes light to get darker starting at y=96 or 112.

Reproduce

Bone meal twisting vines up to y=96 or y=112
❌ Notice the twisting vines are dark
Travel to the dark part of the twisting vines
❌ Notice it gets darker

Expected Result

It wouldn't change the light level

Hi again, It was 2am my time when I reported, but I forgot to mention that it seemed like the lighting glitch appeared as I bonemealed the vine. I tried flying stragiht up before I did the test and it didn't darken my character.
