[MC-237319] Chunk Generation Near Water

While exploring new terrain, I found a patch of land that appears to have not finished generating correctly. Large cubes of stone with exposed caves similar to a chunk appear to generate, specifically near the water.

I think these kinds of cliffs are actually intentional, although quite rare.

Cannot reproduce in 1.19.2 with the provided seed/coordinates. Please check if this is still an issue for you in 1.19.2 or later.
