[MC-237470] Sculk sensor won't detect projectile launch on crouch

When crouching, throwing any projectile or shooting an arrow, the throw sound will not trigger the Sculk Sensor. When not crouching, throwing a projectile triggers the Sculk sensor.

This is intended per MC-211243 and the fix of MC-207592.
