[MC-237933] Sweet Berries generate much too often

Sweet Berries generate in much larger patches than they used to. It happens in Taiga biome. The patches generation looks similar to flower generation on Meadow biome. I haven't seen such an issue in Snowy variant of Taiga biome.

Glad this bug got fixed. it was so bad it made going trough taigas considerably harder.

And now in 21w44a they are not generating at all.
