The Bug

When an azalea tree generates in badlands, its long roots will be cut off by terracotta layers, instead of replacing them.

To reproduce

Seed: -5885824140553962761

Coordinates: 4892 100 -6814

(Sometimes the tree does not generate)

Expected Result

Rooted Dirt would replace the terracotta in badlands
