This isn't an issue. That is a chunk border.

Did you update from 1.17.1? If so, this is expected, as the world generation has been overhauled several times and the blending technology hasn't been implemented yet.

Visited the seed and location, generation did not appear as reported. It's possible this was already generated and then opened in a different version.
