[MC-239470] Lava generating inside ice spikes

What I expected to happen was...:

Lava blocks not generating inside a cold place like inside an ice spike.

What actually happened was...:

Lava blocks generated inside ice spikes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The seed I used was -4361843253066673876
2. The ice spikes biome I went to was at 26 -3829

Is normal, in 21w42a the lava generates in montains.
I think it is wrong, but it is good to get the lava from an area that it should not, it would be like a mini volcano, anyway that is because of the version you are using
