Screen glitch!

I was playing minecraft normali and then i notice that my fps are droping and i decided to go to setings and reduce them!I accindentaly press on full screen and now when i play minecraft the text messages,items on inventory etc. are so small and i cant play with this!Please rezolve this problem quick!Thk
