According to the MC-163960 solution result: Works As Intended, Here is another issues. Unlike Piglins, pillagers become passive mob if they breaks their crossbow. And they don't afraid Iron golem or Zoglin

Duplicate of MC-139433, resolved as "Works As Intended".

But they will stand where they are and be kill instead of run away.

Pillagers are never afraid of golems so adding this would be a feature request
