Upon downloading the Minecraft launcher (from all sources), and without adding any form of data-pack/mod/add-on when pressing "Play" in the green box when the "Initialising" progress bar reaches half way windows bluescreen (or just goes straight to a hard reset) and whilst windows attempt to repair and solve the problem that crashes too and the PC will immediately hard restart (That is, does not shut-down but acts like removing the power-cord on a desktop, complete power loss). Attempting to cancel the 'Initialising' part in the Minecraft launcher by either closing the app, or using task-manager has no effect and the PC still hard restarts (around the time the progress bar would hot 50%).
