[MC-241188] /locate Command can't locate fossils, spawners, desert wells or End ships

Invalid ticket, as it contains multiple issues. Partially duplicates MC-107829 and MC-174499, resolved as "Works As Intended".

Desert wells generate as decorations, not structures, so it would not make sense to add them to the /locate command. End ships can be located as part of /locate endcity.
