Pointed dripstone can occasionally generate unwaterlogged when generating in water aquifers

I can confirm this behavior. Here are some extra details regarding this issue.

The Bug:

Pointed dripstone can occasionally generate unwaterlogged when generating in water aquifers.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a world using the following seed and teleport to the following coordinates.

Version: 1.18 Pre-release 1
Seed: 6101765940395407858
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 135.82 -3.79 -494.26 568.87 38.68

• Look at the pointed dripstones around you closley.

• Take note as to whether or not pointed dripstone can occasionally generate unwaterlogged when generating in water aquifers.

Observed Behavior:

Pointed dripstone can occasionally generate unwaterlogged when generating in water aquifers.

Expected Behavior:

Pointed dripstone would always generate waterlogged when generating in water aquifers.

I wasn't able to reproduce this as of 1.18 Pre-release 6, but I do still notice random holes on the floor of aquifers in dripstone caves.

Edit: I created a separate ticket for this issue, which is MC-242709

This bug is fixed now I think. The random holes are a separate issue, can confirm that. I suggest making a separate ticket for that.
