Pointed dripstone clusters create holes in the ground when generating in aquifers

When clusters of pointed dripstones generate in aquifers, random dents will also generate, making aquifers in dripstone caves look slightly ugly.

To reproduce, use the seed 138192870 and go to -15 1 -116, and you will notice that inside aquifers, every pointed dripstone cluster will be accompanied by unnecessary holes in the ground.
