[MC-214289] Pointed dripstone can replace blocks when generating

In the attached image, you can see that the dripstone replaced the grass blocks in the ground when generating.

I can confirm.

Can confirm in 1.17.1 Release Candidate 1.

Can confirm in 21w37a. It can replace pillars on mineshafts and generate floating.

Can confirm in 21w40a.

@unknown, the issue with decorations replacing parts of mineshafts is MC-221311.

I just found out that the issue with dripstone and mineshafts is actually tracked separately in MC-216589.

Can confirm this in 1.18 Pre-release 5.
