Colored carpet changes damage value when used to break other blocks.

Cannot reproduce.
Broke three blocks; lime wool, wooden planks, and oak leaves. None of them reverted the black carpet to white.

You have to be in creative mode, as the issue points out 😛

I cannot reproduce in Creative. Specifically which block did you break, Hannes? Also, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here. Were you on a server or in a single-player world?

Going to assume this is a problem with some plugin, etc. you have on your server.
