I go through the process of purchasing Minecraft: Java Edition, I get up to the payment and it doesn't work. I have typed in the correct information, retried many times, and it still doesn't work. The closest I've been to purchasing is when I have to enter a 6 digit code for the payment authentication. No money is taken from my card, but the same message shows up every time saying 'ERROR PLACING ORDER: An error occurred while placing order, please verify payment info and try again'.

Mostly because you're trying to purchase it on a mobile phone and not a PC, Mac, or any Laptop. Java is a PC version of Minecraft.
