Ender dragon can move armor stands even with mobGriefing turned off

Even with mobGriefing turned off, ender dragon while sitting at the center can deal knockback to armor stands, moving them around the world.

This is an issue, as armor stands are commonly used as a decoration or an armor storage, and them being moved by a mob should be considered "griefing".

Reproduction steps:
Simply put a few armor stands above and below the end portal and wait for the dragon to purge

Ender dragons shouldn't be able to move armor stands in your world with mobGriefing turned off.
