Breeze's wind charge attack can move or break armor stands when mobGriefing is disabled

Breeze mobs can push armor stands around with their wind charge attack even when mobGriefing is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a breeze

2. Place down an amor stand near the player (remain near it)

3. Allow the breeze to attack the floor near you
   → ✔ The armor stand is moved.

4. Repeat steps 1-3, now with mobGriefing disabled

   /gamerule mobGriefing false

   ❌ - The armor stand is still moved.
