Ravagers can move armor stands even with mobGriefing turned off

The bug

Even with mobGriefing turned off, ravagers while performing the roar can deal knockback to armor stands, moving them around the world. 

This is an issue, as armor stands are commonly used as a decoration or an armor storage, and them being moved by a mob should be considered "griefing".

How to reproduce

1. Get a ravager

2. Place a few armor stands around

3. Make a ravager do a roar by stunning it with a shield

Ravagers shouldn't be able to move armor stands in your world with mobGriefing turned off.
