[MC-242375] Cats no longer scare phantoms away

The cats stop doing sound to scare mob and Phantom keep attack me nonstop and this bug is there from first 1.18 snapshot.

I am also able to confirm this in 1.18 Pre-release 5. Below, I've attached two videos that demonstrate the contrasting behavior in 1.17.1 and 1.18 Pre-release 5.

I cannot confirm that this issue is still present in 1.18 Pre-release 6; this bug was fixed in 1.18 Pre-release 6. I've attached both a video and a screenshot demonstrating the current and correct behavior occurring in 1.18 Pre-release 6. With this being said, I'm requesting for the ticket to be closed as fixed in 1.18 Pre-release 6. 🙂

Can confirm this has been fixed. Phantoms are only not scared of stray cats.
