The legs and paws of all cat textures apart from the witch's cat, are duplicated but not mirrored.
Steps to Reproduce
Summon a cat or an ocelot.
/summon minecraft:ocelot ~ ~2.5 ~ {NoAI:1b} /summon minecraft:cat ~ ~2.5 ~ {NoAI:1b}Compare the texture of the cat's/ocelot's left leg to their right leg.
Take note as to whether or not the texture of cats' and ocelots' legs are mirrored.
Observed Behavior
The texture of cats' and ocelots' legs aren't mirrored.
Expected Behavior
The texture of cats' and ocelots' legs would be mirrored.

I can confirm this behavior in 1.18 Release Candidate 1. This also affects ocelots and this ticket closely relates to MC-230603. Here are some extra details regarding this issue.
