Fishing line offset from pole when held in left hand

I don't think so, this one is affecting a different part of the rod, as well as only really being a problem on the left hand

edit: the bug you were talking about has to do more with the animation of the line than the offset that happens when it's already cast, I didn't notice that reporter's bug, I just noticed mine

if you can, can you stick it in "related bugs" or something?

Hmm, for me the offset is the same, no matter in which hand I hold the fishing rod.
