[MC-243418] Render/fog distance in 1.18 realm is significanty shorter than in previous versions

After updating to 1.18 the fog distance is significantly shorter on a realm. Cannot see other side of large builds/areas now.

Attached are the closest 1:1 before and after image I have for the realm.

look wait a long time for this update to play with my friends and when we pay realms it is in a visible terrible unplayable state and I get lost all the time with that fog
