World has been updated from 1.17 to 1.18. The chunks where the dungeon is supposed to spawn have never been generated in 1.17. The eye of ender stops at a location, but no stronghold is present. This issue persists in multiple dungeon locations. So far I have found 0 locations where a stronghold is generated on the location where the eye of ender stops moving.
I have generated the same seed in 1.18 directly (7474007405492325563) and the stronghold is generated correctly. This seems to be an issue with the version upgrade from 1.17 to 1.18. Location where stronghold fails to generate is -1121 0 859.

I have noticed the same thing as well. I was going to submit a bug report about this but I saw this issue as well as one other saying the same thing.
