When changing the biome preset or world type of a World in the level.DAT file, the newly generated chunks after the change do not blend with the chunks generated in 1.18 before the change. Blending occurs exclusevely with chunks generated in versions prior to 1.18.
Invalid, this requires third party tools, and additionally, you're literally telling the game the chunks are already of the same version... so why bother blending? This is not a bug.
