When instant-mining blocks, occasionally a block will disappear as if mined, but will still block the player from moving through its position, exactly as it would occur in older versions such as Java 1.13.
The ghost blocks reappear and act normally after being updated by breaking, placing, or changing an adjacent block (i.e. turning a grass block into a path block will update the ghost block)
(Updated to display the bug in completely unaltered Java 1.18; previously displayed while using 3rd-party modifications)
