The Bug:

Lava pools can generate inside icebergs within frozen ocean biomes.

Here is an example:

Version: 1.19.3

Seed: -2478320477961472975
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 1455.05 67.00 1310.15 134.40 0.60

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.

2. Look closely at the lava pool and where it has generated.

3. Take note as to whether or not lava pools can generate inside icebergs within frozen ocean biomes.

Observed Behavior:

Lava pools can generate inside icebergs.

Expected Behavior:

Lava pools would not be able to generate inside icebergs.
