Bonemealed meadows do not grow the flowers that initially generated there.

A meadow that generated covered in Allium does not grow allium when bonemealed. It grows the usual poppies and dandelions instead.

I was unable to reproduce this issue bone mealing in a meadow only grew the flowers generated there

Could you please provide the seed and coordinates of that postition?
