When a left-handed Piglin/Piglin Brute zombifies it does not save the tag {LeftHanded: 1}
1 /summon piglin ~ ~ ~ {LeftHanded: 1}
2 give a item to the piglin
3 wait her convert into zombified piglin
4 her not hold the item more in your left hand
the same problem happens with right-handed Piglins/Piglin brute sometimes when they zombify they get the tag {LeftHanded:1} even if they are not left-handed
