Since MC-241323 is Incomplete and it wasn't reopened and I was told to create a new ticket, here it is:
The parameters humidity_noise, temperature_noise etc. no longer exist, which limits the customization of biome distribution.

The noise values are now moved to individual json files as of 1.18.
In the vanilla worldgen, you'll find them in worldgen/noise. E.g. temperature.json contains the object that was inlined as temperature_noise before.
