[MC-248146] Sky is glitched

Affects version 1.18.1, 1.8.9, 1.16.1 and as I assume, all versions. The sky is glitched and flickers black color, custom skies are off and this is on Vanilla Minecraft.

Actually show the issue in effect in the latest release.

its literally the exact same in 1.18.1, idk what ur problem is. its a literal bug and ur refusing to solve it because u don't know the definition of "same".

Please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) in 1.18.1 demonstrating the issue. Also please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here
