[MC-248184] Block and Chunk information in F3 debug screen show differently

Block and Chunk information in F3 debug screen shows differently than in previous versions. For example, the Chunk information shows the MCA file name, e.g. [in r.-1.-1.mca].

Why would this be a bug, just because it's different? It seems to have been changed quite intentionally.

Not every features are mentioned in the changelog everytime, like tag changes and language addition in this version.
Slicedlime is known as "Tech Lead" for the Minecraft Java Game team. In fact, Minecraft Wiki and any other players usually treat his source as the official one. Maybe it's proper to let slicedlime himself to decide this is a bug or a feature.

Although this is likely working as intended, we need an official resolution by Mojang on this bug tracker before the issue can be closed. However, Slicedlime's videos report on the state of the game, and may not reflect the entire development team's intentions.
