[MC-248214] Don't show the message "Failed" when placefeature fails to place some plants

for example, you can't place a birch tree in a small space, but vines will show up as placed (but not actually placed) no mater where you run it

1, go to a small area and execute the following command:

/placefeature minecraft:cave_vine
