[MC-249098] Mud brick slabs use generic stone sound

Mud has a special sound which every mud brick block uses, except mud brick slabs.

Probably related to MC-53641, as mud brick slabs seem to inherit all their properties from stone slabs.

I'm wondering if this should be resolved as a duplicate of that, or if that ticket should be split up into multiple issues like this one.

That ticket is more for blast resistance / hardness and such physical properties, sounds should be a separate ticket.
