[MC-249389] GUI Scale is a slider instead of a button

GUI Scale option in Video Settings is a slider instead of a button.
How to reproduce

Go to video settings
Look for the "GUI Scale" option (under "VSync")
❌ You will see a slider instead of a button

Given that the GUI Scale values are a range, a slider is honestly preferable, even if the current state is buggy.

The button turning into a slider was actually an unintended side effect, that's why it was reverted.
