Boats with Chests lose their name when placed

The Bug:
Boats with Chests do not keep their name when placed. This means that a) The chests will not appear named when opened, and b) They will lose their name when broken.

Reproduce:

  1. Get a Boat with Chest (any kind)

  2. Get an anvil (any kind)

  3. Rename the Boat with Chest to something other than its default (you will need at least one level, or be in creative mode)

  4. Place the boat
    →❌ The Boat with Chest lost its name (the name is not anywhere in its nbt)
